Perrine de Coëtlogon hosts the digital working group Blockchain Education France within the directorate for pedagogical innovation of the University of Lille (France), supported by the French Ministry of National Education and Youth (through the Directorate of Digital for Education -DNE, Numérilab). Certifying learning outcomes (such as diploma, skills or competences, including through open badges), ensure the traceability of open educational resources, rewards education contributor and ensure a sovereign identity within the blockchain are three thematics of the working group, launched in 2017.
Perrine belongs to the governmental initiative « European blockchain partnership » for the use case « certifying diploma ». In December 2018, she has co-organised the « Open Education Leadership Summit » on behalf of the Ministries of Higher Education, Research and Innovation and of National Education and Youth.
She is a member of the international board of the Commonwealth for Connected Learning, she is co-organising within the University of Lille the 2nd edition of the international conference « Blockchain, Open Education and Digital Citizenship », to be held in Lilliad Learning Center on 28-29 May 2019.
She has studied French and German law at Paris-Nanterre and at the Potsdam University (Germany), and business law at Paris Sud University. Before going back to higher education in 2009, she practised law at the Paris Bar for seven years in French, English and German.
