Federica Minichiello has studied economics at the University of Tor Vergata in Italy, with a specialization in marketing of public services (education more specifically). She has also completed a training in knowledge management (2010) and personal data protection (2018) at the Conservatoire national des arts et métiers (CNAM) in Paris. Since 2014 she writes for the Revue internationale d’éducation de Sèvres and Thot Cursus about the evolution of educational practices and policies and the transformations induced by digital technology. She has previously managed several projects, both in public and private sector, relating to organizational transformation, information and reporting systems, competitive monitoring and cartography. She is currently in charge of creating, at CIEP, a digital education & innovation lab, intended to be an international showroom of digital projects of the French education system and a research and development center for CIEP different fields of activity.
